The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful and engaged, although arranging taxis can be a bit inconvenient at times. The location is excellent, with easy access to various attractions. The dining experience is well-organized, with fresh food, and the facilities are top-notch.
The hotel is situated overlooking a lovely canal, offering beautiful views. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, with a very comfortable bed, though it would be nice to have accessible rooms with twin beds for restless sleepers like me. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay quite pleasant.
The hotel offers a clean and modernist environment, excellent food, and outstanding staff. However, room 133 had a strong stale smoke smell that was unpleasant.
